Counselling

I offer counselling in Berkhamsted and I see a wide range of people suffering from a whole range of problems. I only work with adults though, so you need to be over 18 if you’d like to see me. Counselling is appropriate for almost anyone that’s experiencing a problem and wants to talk and explore it with someone whose highly trained in the process. 

I had an extensive training in counselling at The Gestalt Centre, London. The course is approved by The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy for the standard, quality and thoroughness of it’s training.

Typically I might see people for problems that include:

Depression

Anxiety

Confidence

Low self esteem

Stress

Low mood

Panic attacks

Issues surrounding intimacy and sexuality

Relationship problems

Low mood

Recovery from abuse

Trauma and post traumatic stress disorder

Post natal depression

Issues around grieving and loss

Alcohol and drug addiction

Feelings of guilt and shame
